I did a Qfit a while back as I had bleeding, but it was negative. Coeliac has been investigated, and to be fair I don't have digestive issues. Mystery!

Have u had your stomach checked for bleeding ulcers ?
I had 2 x gastroscopies

They could also do uti test
And also a blood test to check kidney function
