No mayo.

A bit nervous. Has anyone else ever done this? Did you die?

The ones that died are probably not going to answer…

oh yes we are. Only my body died, my laptop still has plenty of battery left....

I'm exaggerating! I more mean "did you get food poisoning that made you long for death"?

None of the ingredients are high risk for food poisoning

It was nice knowing you.

Op they age cheddar in the caves at cheddar gorge which is about 11 degrees. Cheese is basically gone off milk. You'll be fine. The hard cheeses are totally fine, only young soft cheese is a risk.

You will certainly die. In years gone by ploughmen always had a mini fridge strapped to the oxen to keep the Branston pickle at optimum temperature.

Okay I giggled at this

I'd be more worried that the Cheddar ploughman might be pissed off you ate his lunch.

The cheese was sitting in a big cave or giant kitchen cupboard for about two years covered in mould. It's literally a means of preserving milk at room temperature.

Pickles - guess what their purpose is? That's right - to preserve vegetables through the means of acid and sugar at room temperature.

Bread keeps better at room temperature, too.

I think you might just make it.

I've eaten takeaway that has been sat on the side all night and not got food poisoning - you'll be fine!!
