Oh @Biscuits1011 I really do feel for you, but hopefully it isn't too long now until you see your Dr.
Have you got anything like a large washing up bowl (or even the baby bath?) that would fit in the shower cubicle? I know you might feel silly, and it is a bit of a faff, but if you could put tepid water in it - preferably at a temperature that means when you put your elbow in it you can't actually feel any temperature at all, and then sit in it and wee into that, it really does give you a lot of relief while peeing.
Afterwards rinse all of your tender bits with lukewarm water - no soap at this stage, and a very gentle spray. Then holding it way back from you, blow dry yourself down below on a cool setting, or even cold - you could test which feels the best. The easiest way to do that is to actually lie back on your bed and then have your legs bent and open like they are when you have a smear test. You shouldn't touch yourself with a towel or even clean soft nose tissues - air drying, or gentle air blowing with a hair dryer, really are the best things to do when you are in a domestic setting.
Then hopefully by 11.00am this morning you will have the correct soothing/numbing cream to tap on your sore bits very gently, please do NOT rub, and the anti-viral medication if that is what your soreness is down to. The methods I have suggested for peeing, washing and drying, should absolutely be the right way to alleviate as much soreness as possible.
In very rare cases it might be contraindicated, but I haven't personally come across any that would be. Of course, use your common sense, if the pain felt even worse when peeing, washing or drying in the way I suggested, then stop doing so as soon as possible. Lots of good luck OP, and if you can bear it, please come back and let us know how your appointment went 🌻🩷
