PICTURE: Wtf are these painful bumps on my hands and fingers?

Hiya, wondering if anyone can help. I’ve come out in a strange type of rash over my hands and fingers but mainly on my right hand. It’s like painful red bumps under the skin, it’s making using my hand quite sore which isn’t ideal. Any ideas or has anyone had anything similar? Thank you! Picture

Pompholyx they are very itchy and sometimes burst. Rather than itch I find running it under hot water helps
