Red raw under boobs

So with the recent heat waves and high temperatures I’ve been a lot more sweaty than usual. This has unfortunately led to my underboob area becoming raw and sore from underwire bras. I’m a DD cup & breastfed both my children so boobs are heading south.

Does anyone have any good suggestions what I can use to relieve this red rawness, obviously want to get as much air to the area as possible but for the majority of the day my poor boobs need to be suspended in an over-shoulder-boulder-holder of some description.

Wow time to ditch the underwired bras.
Try the M&S flexifit bra, it is in the sports section, but it's a fantastic bra. Great shape under clothes, amazingly comfortable and importantly it really holds your boobs well.

Have you measured around your ribs recently?
Measure in inches. That's the bra band size you should be in. Measure around again at nipple level. Each extra inch over the ribs measurement is 1 cup size.

I reckon your bra band is slightly too big, so it's not supporting, and the weight is being taken all at the front under the boob.

I had this last year. It improved when I got some new, better fitting bras.

Until then, spend as much time as you can lying down with no bra on, getting some air to the underside of your breasts. Be very gentle when you dry them after washing, and try not to itch. Lancare (I think) do an anti-chaffing gel which may help.
