I was just sat down with my two Young DC's, haven't done much this morning as I don't feel very well (sinus issues) so no major moving around or anything. My heart just suddenly started racing, chest went really tight and uncomfortable like I couldn't take a deep breath without being uncomfortable, and my head went all fuzzy like I couldn't focus my eyes properly and it felt like all the blood had rushed to my head. Lasted for about half an hour and still don't feel 100% better now as my chest still feels uncomfortable.
Anyone ever had this or know what it could be??
