Trapped wind or something else?

Hopefully this is the right place to post.

Around 3 weeks ago i started to feel sharp pains in my belly, around when i believe i ovulated so put it down to my normal ovulation pain. But they didn’t disappear like normal. Got stronger and i then started to feel small flutters/movement.

Google says its most likely trapped wind but it doesn’t feel like trapped wind.

The flutters are all over my belly some times the side sometimes near my ribs and a few times around the top of my groin area.

Trying to get a doctors appointment but not having any luck at the moment.

Any ideas? Or if it is wind any ideas on how to get it to stop?

Haven't seen them yet. Am going to ring tommorrow. It's been a couple of weeks so have just started the frantic googling stage as it's not related to wind and not going away. I am going to take another pregnancy test although I've been having regular periods and took a couple a while back which obviously negative.
Just very strange and sometimes very painful and stomach goes all hard. Wondering if having a phantom pregnancy but I've not even been thinking of having a child, as my daughter 17months and not planning to have another yet. Very mysterious

It sounds the same as what im going through. If it wasn't for the fact that i am having regular periods and had negative tests i would swear i was pregnant. Feels the same as when i was having my dd.

I'm feeling better now. I had a ct colonoscopy and after this test I improved dramatically. I had a blockage in my bowel which the test... (filling up my bowel with carbon dioxide & gastrograffin liquid you drink as well as a contrast dye) cleared it and I feel amazing again now!

A long 6 months trying to get that diagnosed & fixed. I went to a&e had an X-ray that showed it all stuck but was sent home to investigate it with Gp 🙈anyway I'm all better
