Dd 2 has been unwell for a week (virus), we took her to the doctors thursday, once in the morning and then we were asked to bring her back in the afternoon, there was no improvement so she was given antibiotics and asked to return in the morning, dh took her back friday morning, her temp had gone down and the doctor said we should see improvement that day and today and if she was still bad on sunday to call the out of hour doctor.
Anyway apart from her temp going down we hav'nt seen much improvement, she has'nt eaten for a few days but is sipping water, tried to give her toast this morning but went straight through her. Im worried as this is the 2nd bug this month and she has'nt realy eaten since last time she was ill (4 weeks ago). She cant sit up or stay awake for very long and is very grumpy when she is awake.
Should i call the doctor or am i not giving her enought time to get over the virus?
