Does this look like urine positive for glucose? Photo

I can't decide if this looks positive or not! I bought home urinalysis strips during pregnancy to see if I had any protein, just done one now 14 months later just for fun. But now I'm unsure if this looks like there's some glucose in the urine.

OP- if you look at ALL the colours on your strip, none of them are the same as the colours (the control) on the left on the pack. Agreed, none of them are showing any problems but the point is the colours are paler on the stick than on the pack. Your Ph is showing high which suggests you have had a lot of water or something to drink and it's diluted your urine a lot.
The one you are worried about looking like a paler version of 'normal' but it's not the green / brown shades of sugar.

If you are diabetic you'd normally feel very tired, thirsty and wee a lot, but given your family history, go and see GP.

Thanks pps. I have a GP apt booked for Friday 19th, I've felt utterly revolting for days. Everything aches and hurts and I'm so tired. There's also a family history of low thyroid function, every woman in my family has ended up diagnosed with it not long after having children so I'll be asking my doctor about that possibility too. The urine dip was clutching at draws really, due to feeling so ill.

It's funny that the initial point of the thread is completely irrelevant now! I care not for the glucose any longerGrin
