Urge to pee still not resolved

Ladies just posting to see if any other ladies with this (there's been a few lately on here) have made any progress. I feel all the time like I need to pee. Been to gynae & urologist and rules out things like ovary problems, overactive bladder, uti etc. No one seems to have any idea what to do next? I have good and bad days but I think that's mainly down to how well I can try to
Ignore it rather than genuine improvement. I have vulval eczema but both gynae & urologist don't seem to think there's a link. Anyway just wondering if any other recent posters or anyone else could shed some light or am
I destined to feel like this forever Sad

I've been checked for thrush and all sorts of swabs done and soooo many examinations I've lost count!!
I'm back at urogyn in July so I'll certainly mention it.

Keep going with the oestrogen cream just in case it is that. It can't do you any harm plus treat yourself for thrush that is a good idea too.

I should add I've been suffering now for 2 and a half years!! Still nobody knows what it is, it's very depressing.

just an update Fairbalance and everyone else on the estrogen cream - cant say I notice any difference after 12 days but I'll keep going for a couple of months. Is it safe to use. I can't bring myself to google it too much in case I read anything scary?

Yes it is very safe to you. It is very, very low dose. In some countries you can buy it over the counter. Keeping going just in case it is it.

@royalair hi, I know this is a very old post but I’m hoping somebody is still out there - I am having similar symptoms and have been suffering for three months. Totally at my wits end. I had a baby 8 months ago and all drs just putting down to slight bladder prolapse but I really feel like the issues are in my urethra. Did you get anywhere with this?
