Face tingling/pressure

I've had facial tingling for 3 months after an extreme period of stress where I cried every day for 2 months. Then I had facial tingling across cheeks and by lip and over eyebrow. Mainly left side. I am not breathing properly and I am so stressed over this symptom. Saw a neurologist & had a brain MRI he said brain ok & trigemeral nerve not compressed. He said maybe a virus. Went to dentist who said that my Masseter muscles (cheek) were too tense (teeth clenching) at night. Feeling so stressed over my spasm face when I yawn my face twitches. Any ideas or other peoples experiences? Thank you

How do I survive this. I have the face tingling & an old coccyx problem has resurfaced after 8 years after a massage to help me feel more relaxed. I just feel like I can't do it anymore. It took me 2 years to recover last time. My husband can't cope & I just want to cry. I know life's not fair but why the coccyx after I've been struggling with this. I really feel like I can't go on. How do I put on a brave front. I can't go through this again.

I finally get referred I hope to someone to help & my coccyx starts hurting. How do I find strength. When I sit down its like I'm sitting on rocks. I told the therapist to leave that area alone. I am so stupid.

I just want someone to hold me & tell me to hold on a little bit longer & I will be ok

I know this is from a while ago but PeterSpots how did you
go with finding a modality that worked for you?
