I was just wondering, as I reached for my second kitkat of the day, does anyone have a wonder snack, one which tastes as good as say a chocolate bar or bag of crisps which doesn't leave you feeling full of guilty calories?
Something which would be perfect for you just to grab whilst DD is on a mission to not go to sleep or be put down, so you really don't have the energy or enthusiasm to make something? Please don't say a piece of fruit or a yoghurt, whilst these are great they really don't scratch that 'indulgence itch'
