Morning ladies

So dd is 9 months and I have stopped bf, felt a few twinges over tge last couple of days so was not surprised when af seemed to be making an appearance last night.

Woken this morning and after going to tge toilet and changing my pad I was wiping and it felt different. So I had a quick feel and straight away it feels like something is there.

I have looked in tge mirror and something is indeed there to see in my fanjo Sad Shock

We have had sex, not millions of time tbf. The last time we had sex, last week, we did have to change positions quite often as something was a bit tender.

So did I have to go to the gps? I am on my period. I have an appt for dd who is 9 months today but can't whip my fanjo out can I? Do I make an urgent apptionment? Help

The most awarkward conversation of my life just now telling dh about this, I've no idea why but it was horrible. Not cause if him, he knew I was embrassed and thanked me for telling him.

Sorry you've had to have that conversation OhNo. If it makes you feel any better, all the information I recieved told me that sex doesn't make prolapses worse!

One other thing which is hugely important is to ensure you don't get constipated. If you're prone to it, you can take 10mls of something called lactose each morning to help. The lady in my local pharmacy must think I live on a diet of white bread and McDonald's the amount I buy, which is somewhat ironic bearing in my my favourite vegetable is cabbage.

Wips, I'm extremely surprised that your gyn said running was okay. My gyn and two separate physios have told me that if I run, my prolapse will definitely get worse quicker. In fact my gyn told me it was an absolute no-no. I too was gutted as, although I hated running for years, I had just got into it and had actually started to enjoy some good distance running. I'm now into cycling - not grinding up massive hills though, and swimming. The website I suggested has tips on how to minimise damage if you feel like you have to run.

No I am a very regular file (when not pg anyway).

So I can have sex? Not sure either of us wants too now Confused

You need to move past it in your head, the rest will be fine. My physio described the prolapse during sex like being like the fleshy inside of your gum, if you pke it it'll move out of the way Grin

My dh has never felt anything any different. But I know it's not exactly a turn on.

Grin you know I had to poke that with my tongue when I read it don't you.
