Mooncup's, and menstrual cups in general, are great! :)
Can be worn with any flow, including overnight and before your periods for 12 hours without risk of TSS, infections or potential long-term as within tampons. Cups can even lessen your flow and cramps too.
Cups hold FAR more flow and have suction so they leak half as much - even if they do leak it's very light rather than sudden flood if tampons/pads leak. FAR better for heavy flow, you'll be able to go at least twice as long.
Cheaper and greener as they last for up to 10 years, and companies are ethical. They are more comfortable, far easier to use (some women do take a bit of practice, but there's plenty of online support via the menstrual cup support community if you need help), less hassle as no carrying spares or worry about running out or how to dispose of.
Mooncup is a good brand too, nice mid-size and mid-flexibility - it was my first cup, used a Lunette, Divacup, MeLuna, and Ladycup since then, plus softcups and diaphragm...Mooncup remain one of my favourite brands.
