I am crap at history and geography. But then I am not teaching anyone history, in my defence! Blush Grin

Shakespeare was Elizabethan times right?

BitterAndTwistedChoreDodger · 17/02/2011 16:41

x posts, do you think you will stick with it?

TangledScotland · 17/02/2011 16:44

A friend of a friend is a primary school teacher and when we were all on holiday together we were playing that game where you stick a famous persons name to your forehead and you have to try and work it out by asking yes/no questions, she went in total huff when I put Eva Braun on her forehead because apparently no one would ever have heard of Hitlers girlfriend!

So glad she's not teaching my kids, she's a deputy head now BTW Shock

I'm suddenly feeling incredibly knowledgable in comparison.

Hello all.

On a side note, is anyone thinking of going to the mn meet up being organised for May? I'd quite like to go (if I can plan it, tis a long long way to London from up here) but not sure if i'd "know" anyone :o

TotalChaos · 17/02/2011 18:57

Uno, defo not doing london meet, cant justify the train and hotel fare for sthg just me iyswim.

Tangled, i wld not want to touch alli with a low fat breadstick, its just a partic harsh way to motivate sticking to a low fat diet imo.

Saf, lol in a scared way about qe teacher.

Mouseface · 17/02/2011 18:58

Hey UNO

Nope, May is a no goer for me I'm afraid.

How's your man flu? Grin

TC - are you drinking dear?

Grin
YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 17/02/2011 19:09

I understand that tc. Not sure I can either! I'll probably do what I do for all of them, have a wonder about whether I can make it, think about booking a train, look up the venue online and then decide to do nothing.

Mousie, tis a shame. I don't have man flu! Made it to work today with a temp of 38, so officially not feverish (woohoo). Felt rubbish, but got lots of sympathy. Someone said it looked like I had woman flu :o

Mouseface · 17/02/2011 19:13

Glad you're feeling better UNO you drama queen Grin

38 is still higher than it should be? I thought it should be 36?

TotalChaos · 17/02/2011 19:22

Not a drop mousey am just tired and too lazy to type full words!

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 17/02/2011 19:26

It should be 37 for normal people, but I'm a lizard and my basal body temp is usually just below 36.

I'm not well yet. But soooooo much better.
