So, our 1,000,000,000 and who knows what thread!

All diet and exercise plans welcome, let's support each other and talk about sex healthy eating!

So, to recap, I'm LV, and so far I've lost approx 6lbs with many more to go

bof - you better still send me pervy texts, like you did back in errrr, well umm, ok, my imagination.

CuntMeYouCat · 22/07/2010 19:51

and whats IOW?

Shiney - was that your announcement? You have an arm rash? It was shit.

Mouseface · 22/07/2010 19:53

CMYC - IOW - in other words and KIT - keep in touch

NormaSknockers · 22/07/2010 19:54

CMYC

BitOfFun · 22/07/2010 19:55

Nah, it's Isle Of Wight or St Kitts- Mouse is giving me a choice of holiday destinations

wastingaway · 22/07/2010 19:57

Hello. We had a small chicken dinner and then yoghurt.

Me and DS eat millions of yoghurts. I think we've gone through 16 pot of yoghurt since Monday.

Ooh, snogs and glitter. It's like when me and my mates used to go to the nightclub. Jump! Jump! Jump! Everybody! Jump!

bellavita · 22/07/2010 19:59

Ocado have sent me some shit strawberries

Mouseface · 22/07/2010 19:59

BOF

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 22/07/2010 20:00

It's me isn't it? I'm driving you all away. Do I smell?

Cuntyfluff, do not do a search! You will be bored to tears with years of it! . Sorry for the confusing recipe. Once you've boiled it all you sieve out the carcass and veg and save the water - which is now a lovely rich chicken stock. Chuck that back in the pan and add more veg and chicken etc

Full of vitamins and a good way of using up limp, lifeless veg.

Shiney and mouse I want more dramatic announcements!

Gp has given my crusty nose a diagnosis of nasal herpes and counselling went as well as it could I suppose. It was very focused on h changing and he went with it rather than getting defensive, so that's good.

I might have a liquid supper. That might be too bad, but the wine is what I need now!

NormaSknockers · 22/07/2010 20:01

Complain Bella, we had that with Tesco & they refunded us & gave us a fresh punnet too.

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 22/07/2010 20:01

Damnit, I've got glitter in my wine.. Who did that?!

CuntMeYouCat · 22/07/2010 20:02

Def go for St Kitts

Does no one care re my lumps btw??

Well I dont care that you dont care. Dr says I am (this is a QUOTE) "incredibly tight"

Thinks lumps - cysts, and Ive got blood tests tmrw and a specialist appt re the ermm, 'honeymoon freshness' of my bits.

bellavita · 22/07/2010 20:02

Norma, I will.

BitOfFun · 22/07/2010 20:02

Hmm, so I might have nasal herpes too then? Makes sense. No no no Crunchie- you definitely don't smell! And I even had a crusty nose before you joined the thread, so I can't even blame that

NormaSknockers · 22/07/2010 20:03

CMYC - I would be most proud of that too

BitOfFun · 22/07/2010 20:03

Has it all just healed over, Defluff? Do you get much action?

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 22/07/2010 20:03

bof. We could start a crusty nose club, but even I waouldnt want to join.

CuntMeYouCat · 22/07/2010 20:05

UNO - Will settle down with tea and read your past .

Glad Relate went as well as it good.

And thank you for the chicken recipe. If Id made it and thrown all the water out Id have come looking for you

YanknCock · 22/07/2010 20:05

Went to the gym tonight and did my entire programme that the trainer set up for me. No weights in it just yet as my shoulder is giving me trouble (from gardening and hauling things to tip) and I still have issues with hips/pelvis from the SPD (but nothing like as bad as Mouseface). I was very sweaty.

I think bullying lady at work might be getting the sack tomorrow. That or a very stern talking to. I've been told by at least three managers that 'things will be a lot better next week'.

Today I ate:

peanut butter on 1 slice toast
ham/turkey roll
yogurt
pear
banana
cassava crisps (yummy and much lower calorie than regular crisps)
spag bowl

all sounds quite good if you ignore the fact that I inhaled a bag of tesco cheese balls and a packet of matteson's chicken bites on the way to the gym

Weigh in tomorrow, then one week till birthday and I will be very very strict to try to make it below 16st by next Friday!

Love to you all, not caught up, but skimmed a bit and agree we may have lost our healthy eating focus a bit. Sorry to see BOF not staying with us but I wholeheartedly understand

Mouseface · 22/07/2010 20:05

Cunty - hope the bloods go ok. Tight? As in with cash? Have you not paid the doctor yet?

YouKnowNothingoftheCrunch · 22/07/2010 20:06

Mousey, hello . When will we find out the exciting news?! I'm very nosey!

Cuntyfluff I am of your tightness
