Well to start with the Labour manifesto hadn’t been released so it wasn’t based on that. It was over 4 years so it’s £500 a year.

The Spectator (normally very Tory supporting) did the same calculation based on the same method used by the Conservates and they found £2000 for Labour but £3000 for Conservatives.
