I just got an Android phone too (I only found out what an android phone was last week when I realised the price of the iphone!)- I got a Samsung Galaxy which is faaaaaab.

LOL SDD - loved the "I must have it today" - was told that someone I know was at the mobile shop at 7am to get one...

I've saved a copy, and would have tried getting it onto a few iPhones belonging to friends but of course, having saved as .flv (Flash video) and with Steve Jobs declaring Flash is evil, they will have no easy way to play it!

Google Navigator does the Sat Nav stuff. You can save directions to Google My Maps and then get Navigator to tell you where to go. Very cool (you need to go into Layers on the Google Maps to get My Maps..) Cool

Yes, as Trainee says there is satnav free by Google. The latest update does voice navigation (awful voice though!). When I first ran it on my Desire it didn't do voice, then I installed an update and it did. Hope it works for you Sandy and Notanidea.

i have downloadaed google sky to look at the stars tonight but on a more practical note will download the navigator thingy also........

Not: I just went into the andriod market and put it in the search bar.

Yes I did hold the apps you want to delete for few seconds and a red bin appears at the bottom of the scrren and just drag the app you want to dlete to the bin and it is deleted- it is really cool.

I've just got one as well, too scared to take it out of the box!

to uninstall app, you can either go to the Android Market, click on "downloads", click on the actual app you want to uninstall then select "uninstall".

Yep, daily charging is pretty much par for the course for me, I do use wi-fi a great deal.

I was wondering if I changed from 3g to 2g it may make it last longer.
