I found Facebook easier than insta. You can choose ages and interests on insta more easily.

Yes for advertising. Have you set up a business page? You need to do that to advertise.

If you have set up a business page it's very easy to advertise, it oromots you every time you post. Then you can choose how long you want to advertise for, what demographic you want to appeal to, what keywords will trigger your ad etc.
