Well yes, you shouldn’t trust me! I’m human; I get simple shite like whether you said fungicide or herbicide confused. I’d be an absolutely horrific gardener AND a horrific AI 😆

From the stem, it is definitely some kind of tree/shrub, possibly from last year, as mentioned. I would remove it now if it is not in a place where you want a big tree… it will probably have quite big roots already

To me the first looks like a laburnum as suggested, the second plant is Jasmine (probably officinale) and is a goodie, will not trash your garden trying to take over the world

I also have a cherry sapling growing. Apparently my garden decided on trees this year!

That could potentially be a sucker from a tree nearby, if your neighbours have cherries. Prunus family are pretty terrible for suckering...
