Is this a North facing garden? Or do we need more info e.g time photo was taken.

Where's your sun at midday in winter?

Off the top of my head it’s pretty much directly over the garden. I certainly need the blinds closed in the room I work in and miss the gazebo we have up during the summer to shade the back windows that face the garden. We don’t need to heat the back rooms on a sunny day in the winter.

Now I’m really thinking about it I think the slight veering to the west must be what makes the difference as the sun gets lower but I don’t think it’s enough of an angle to say it’s not south facing, certainly not enough for an estate agent to make a point of it.
