I am feeling crap. We might have a posting back to an area we want and I still burst into tears when dh told me. I wonder if I will ever be happy. We didn't want to be here but I have worked really hard to make the most of it and be part of the local community etc and have a good bunch of friends. I LOVE the nursery that dd1 went to and dd2 is going to and really like the school that dd1 has just started. The thought of moving again is making me miserable even though we sort of asked for it...
It is hard work though and although the children are still v young (2.5 and nearly 5) and I know will settle OK (hopefully) I know we will just get sorted and settled and have to move again....
I want to live somewhere where I can watch my friends children grow up with mine, not move around all the time. But by the same token I am desperate to be closer to my family and this will bring this. I truly should not be complaining and I am sure I will be excited when it sinks in and I get organised but my initial feeling is . I really really really know how lucky I am, honestly when I have my rational head on, but right now I am having a moan as I feel sad. Just humour me and say 'there there', please .

no worries and she didn't buy a house there anway so you're off the hook

I worked with KT before I met my DH. Her DH helped with my application to the RAF. Then 6 years later I turned up at LOO with DH and baby in tow and low and behold there was Mrs T with a baby of her own!!

My DD and her DD are good buddies, we love them dearly! What a small world. I will ask her about Tasmanian lady

Phew! That is good. She will remember her, initial A (I think).
Right do you know JH who is in Cyprus with you, has T who will be at school with your dd1 and J who is younger. She is pregnant and due in Feb. She lives on Andrew Way and moved there from where I am. She knows me too . We were on two committees together.

Yes think so, 2 boys? Her MIL is here at the moment as she's got to take things easy. She's lovely - if it's who I think it is

Yes that is her! We heard she may have to go into the hospital at Christmas but then her old childminder told me she was allowed to be at home but with extra help. You might hear the baby news before me so let me know. The girls here will lol if I get the goss first .

Yes that's right she didn't have to go in in the end but she has to take things easy. She's looking well though, I see her most days! I will indeed keep you informed.

Spoke to KT last night, she says you have a very good memory! She also remembers A!!

Wow what a small world! Anyone else ?

. I remember the strangest things. Nothing important though.
Glad JH is looking well! Will look forward to the happy news.
