Shiney or Syc (inventor of Syc's patented yoghurty breakfast) will be along in a minute to explain I'm sure.

Actually I'm just sitting on MN, but I really should go clear space in the fridge.

At least you will be well prepared for any nasty yeast infections

CheeeseOnToast · 10/11/2009 19:38

what's going on with the yoghurt?

SazZaVoom · 10/11/2009 19:39

I hear TOTAL goes well with cheese on toast

Talkable · 10/11/2009 19:47

Mmmm Total with honey. Total with berries. Total with granola.

Wish I had a fridge full.

Hello - Shiney healthy eating ladies....Total 0% yoghurt ran a survey with us a while back and we saw several people mentioned there was already much promoting of Total on shiney's healthy eating threads. Total have come back to say they'd like to send some product to those who have been spreading the word for them on Mumsnet, so if you think you fit that bill, do email Julie Millar (no spaces) and she'll send some along to you. If there is another MNer you think deserves this for promoting Total 0% yoghurt then please point them in this direction!

Product will be dished out on a first come first served basis [10 Mumsnetters only], so apologies if you don't receive any (but sounds like Syc should be head of the queue!!)

Thanks

MNHQ

It has all stemmed from syc herself when we had the TOTAL dieting survey going saying "I basically should win this as anyone who is on or has visited any of the 20 plus Shiney's diet threads will vouch - I have personally introduced my patented Syc yog breakfast based on a pot of Total 0% yog, blueberries and honey to about one million (honest) MNetters looking to shed pounds"

Probably should say that the 10 spaces have now gone, so please don't flood Julie with emails!!

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 19:56

Yep, thsi is just explaining how we got here.

I now have a fridge full of yoghurt.

Ocado really is a good MN grocery-deliverer isn't it? I got a free copy of the Times and a Boden brochure

bellavita · 10/11/2009 20:10

Can't wait for my delivery on Saturday from Ocado.

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 20:12

As Shiney said on the other thread, I have:
4x 500g 0% fat Greek yoghurt
2x 500g 2%
2 x 500g full fat
4x 150g 0%
1x 150g 2%
2x 150g 2% with honey
1 x 150g full fat

That's a lot of yoghurt. I'm going to try to give away some of the big pots to friends.

Ooh, Saturday, clever Bella, then you get the big Times!

Friday morning from Ocado here. I have a £15 off your order from them, so do you reckon i'll get £15 cashback too?

bellavita · 10/11/2009 20:23

Oh yes, free paper, forgot about that!

The 500g pots - I get three breakfasts out of those... blimey

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 20:53

Surprise number one - I go to put some yoghurt in the curry I'm making for dinner and the 0% stuff is thick. I think I was expecting it to be thin and weedy with no fat in but it's not, it has a really good texture.

OP posts:
bellavita · 10/11/2009 21:02

Trill, have you never ever tried it before? Tis not like low fat stuff is it?

TrillianAstra · 10/11/2009 21:09

No, I've always used cheaper low-fat plain yoghurt - it's 89p for one of those little pots!
