What is your favourite Sunday pudding after roast?

Trying to decide what pudding(s) to make after a roast beef dinner for a group of friends.

What would you be most delighted to see on the table after lunch? Mx of women and men, all 50-70 age range.

Pavlova, lemon posset, something light. However, I would prefer a cheese board, grapes, celery, walnuts, figs and a nice chilli chutney.

Cheese and grapes not really a desert person but if I had to lemon tart

After a traditional roast, I like a traditional pudding - something with custard, like apple crumble (which I prefer to apple pie and is easier to make) or Eve’s pudding. Sticky toffee pudding is my family’s favourite.
