What is your favourite combo for a roast?

For me it will always be lamb as a first choice, pork as a second

Roast potatoes and mash if possible

Roasted carrots and simple peas.

Never swede, stuffing or cauliflower cheese.

Always Yorkshire pudding and gravy.

No we eat runner beans.

Lots of different veg - roast carrots and parsnips, swede and carrot mash, sautéed savoy cabbage, leek or cauliflower cheese is a must, basically the veg are my favourite part 😂
Good proper gravy

I also really like pork with crackling, stuffing and apple sauce, but we raise our own pigs, so pork is like the ever present roast option. It’s nice but doesn’t feel as special.
