Beef mince ideas

Hi,
Wondering if people can throw their favourite recipes at me that use beef mince! I always make the same dinners with minced beef so looking for something new I've not tried before.

The usual things I make with it are:

Bolognase
Cottage pie
Lasagne
Spicy beef tacos
Chilli con Carne
Meatballs/burgers

So anything not on that list would be great.

I used to do stuffed peppers and stuffed courgettes.

This is lovely with lamb (just do normal rice), so I imagine would be fine with beef. It’s very easy.

meatloaf

Stuffed peppers. Season the mince with chilli, pepper, salt and garlic. Add rice. I usually have sour cream with it.

Keema curry.

Home made beef burgers.

Meatloaf - but it really is so much better if you do a mix of pork and beef mince.
