Herbal tea recommendations

I've always liked the idea of herbal/fruit teas but on the odd occasion I've tried one I've been unimpressed - they tend to smell lovely but taste of nothing 😂

Are some brands better/stronger than others? In general I like sweet things and I'm struggling to cut out sugar in my regular tea, so any that will satisfy a sweet tooth would be great.

watch out for the fruity ones OP, they wear down your tooth enamel as they can be very acidic!

Those values for hibiscus tea are for 100 g of the flowers, so unless you use 100 g per cup of tea and manage to get every molecule of sugar out a cup of hibiscus tea will not have 5 g sugar.

If you like licorice, Yogi teas do a very nice licorice tea. It can be tricky to get hold of so I get vast number of boxes whenever Holland and Barrett do a buy one get one half price offers online.

Cinnamon and vanilla are both naturally sweeter flavours so look for blends with either of those

Liquorice and peppermint.

I'm going to try the Yogi tea Classic which contains cinnamon, cardamom and ginger. Will miss the liquorice but fingers crossed my blood pressure will start to come down without it.
