Best supermarket own brands you have found, like a lot of people I’m looking to reduce my monthly spend on food shopping, I’ve tried Aldis version of Weetabix, kids didn’t notice the difference at all and they love the cheapest range Asda pizzas albeit we do add a sprinkle of mozzarella on top so what is the best alternative supermarket own brand you use.

Tesco malted wheats are 89p for a big box and look and taste the same as shreddies which are £4.50!!
Same with their own brand multigrain loops £1 and no different to £4.50 cheerios.

Aldi - Baked beans, the red tin called Corale Beans, not the blue tin.
Lidl - Instant coffee. Think the brand is called Bellisima or similar. The jar with the goldish colour lid. Deluxe Mature Cheddar and Red Onion crisps. They actually taste of cheese and onion! Some of their cold meats are nice and fairly good value. Their sliced roast beef is much better value than Tesco's. Blackcurrant cordial. Frozen pizzas. Coshida cat food pouches.

Aldi Oaties biscuits are much nicer than hobnobs.

My brother, sister and nieces and nephews all love these. They are used as treats for bribing

Aldi fishfingers are also pretty good

I’ve tried the asda cheapest range coffee & really like it. Costs 80p 😱
I cant believe supernoodles have gone up to £1 per pack

Me neither! Shocking

Lidl Fruit & Fibre is nicer than Kellogg's and has more fruit eg banana chips. Really good.

I also buy things like kitchen roll, cotton wool, cotton buds from Lidl as I can't see the point paying more.

Lidl nutty muesli is amazing!
