I've just stewed apples, sugar and cinnamon. What can I do with the mixture?

That's it really. The mix is delicious but apart from buying a tin of custard I don't really know what to do with it.

Any great recipes?

I'd probably make crumble because it's so easy, but when I was a child we'd have stewed apple topped with meringue. Apple charlotte is nice too

Blitz it to a very smooth paste and you basically have apple butter. So you can jar it up and use like you would apple sauce.
