I've been asked to make a chili for our staff development day.
Can any one help with a decent chili recipe for me please.

I can say say for certainly about the team because our service is open from 7 in the morning until 11.00pm 7 days a week.
We cook meals for each other and eat together on a rota basis. If we are working the weekend we would have had 7 meals together from breakfast, lunch and tea. We have all learned each others dislikes as well!!

I am going to do both couscous and rice as I know some of the team prefer one over the other.
