I'm making my own cheeseboard for the first time this year and would love to get some tips and recommendations on what to buy, use and try! Different types of cheeses that are a MUST for you would be appreciated too Grin

So yesterday was my birthday and I was all excited about tucking into the cheese mountain I posted earlier. Then my daughter turned up at lunch time with a Carter bag full of cheese, crackers, pickles etc. About £35 worth! Then my sister asked me to go to hers at 4 and I walked into a surprise birthday party . They had organised a buffet from a local posh caterer and so it came with quite a splendid cheese board 😂. Lots of delicious home made patês , garlic aioli and beautiful Cheney's and beautiful little snacks and even mini home made cheese cakes.

So in short I've got enough cheese to last me to New Years and about 30 varieties in my fridge ❤️
