I AM right in saying "No" when they ask for more food not long after I gave them their dinner and they didn't eat it all, Yes?

FiSpace,

I'm curious how old is your dd again? there's no way I'd risk DS going to bed hungry as he'd be bound ot have a disturbed night.

We always used to have biscuits and milk before bed from about the age of 3 onwards.
Tea was at 5pm, then at 6.30/7pm after we were in our PJ's and washed up/bathed it was two digestive biscuits and a glass of milk before going ot bed.

i don't remember ever having distrubed nights because of it and it certainly stopped us being hungry during the night.

For a special treat we would get baked banana or banana on toast.
