Bake the alphabet

I am baking the alphabet with my class, a for apple cake, b for brownies and so on. Can anyone help me thnk of the twenty six cakes, slices, scones, muffins and so an I need to cover the alphabet?

I would suggest h is for hedgehog cake, a choc cake covered in choc buttercream with choc buttons

Queen of puddings is lovely, it's a lemon flavoured kind of sponge base with a layer of jam, then meringue piped on top. Mary berry did it recently on GBBO and my mum used to make it when we were kids, proper nursery comfort food!

Q is for Queen Cakes - here

Basically a simple sponge, but baked in fairy-cake cases. A nice easy recipe for young bakers.
