1.Avatar(both my sister and I fell asleep during this, we were pissed but I thought it was, basically, Pocahontas without the good music)
2.Romancing The Stone(gotta love those 80's classics)
3.Gone With The Wind(my all time favourite)

MaMight · 18/02/2010 16:39

I wonder if anyone will answer the same film to all three questions.

  1. Up in the air
  1. Up in the air - it's excellent and as an added bonus it also has Mr. Clooney.
  1. Couldn't choose just one. But if I really had to...maybe Atonement...or maybe Roman Holiday. (See what I mean )
DecorHate · 20/02/2010 22:51

1 The Lovely Bones
2 Gran Torino
3 Too many to choose from. Maybe going by films I would re-watch, Pulp Fiction?

Pofacedagain · 20/02/2010 23:02

The curious thingy of Benjamin Button [disappointing]
The Godfather and The Dream Lives of Angels [on film 4]
The Lives of Others/original Solaris.

DecorHate · 20/02/2010 23:02

Actually I misread the question - so thought 3 was favourite rather than best.

sex and drugs and rock and roll - film about ian dury to 1 and 2

twas brilliant.. vibrant, charismatic, energising, funny. The performances and the whole cartoon style of it made it truly larger than life. Sounded fab as well

I would struggle to say my best cinematic experience ever - rather a lot of them. Don't look now, repulsion, three colours trilogy and heavenly creatures all up there
