The 9/11 movie with Nicholas Cage. I watched it recently and it made me really cry. Also The lovely bones is really sad.

Goodbye Mr Chips for me. With lovely Robert Donat. The original. I start crying within minutes. When the children are mean to him. When he and Greer meet, I cry because she is so lovely, I cry when they are happy because I know what is coming. When the really sad bit happens. Afterwards. I howl at the end. It’s a whole box of tissues and a side helping of malteasers film for me.

Love this film. Another good one with Robert Donat is Random Harvest. He loses his memory but makes a new life and marries. He has an accident on a business trip but it jolts his memory and he only remembers his original life at Random hall. His wife works for him as his secretary but he doesn’t recognise her. It’s a real tearjerker.

I’d forgotten about this film, brilliant film but so sad. This’ll definitely make you cry op.
