What to watch with my teenagers tonight to get into the Christmas spirit?

My teenagers kids aged 11, 13 and 15 tell me they don't feel the Christmas spirit! I want to do a cozy dinner tonight with a great film and treats. What can I watch? It doesn't have to be a Christmas film as long as it makes you feel Christmassy.

I've got Netflix and Amazon prime. Thanks!

Where is the Muppets Christmas Carol available from?

YoBeaches · 23/12/2023 17:48

That's a bit of a mixed age range by Candy cane Lane looks fun with Eddie Murphy on Amazon not sure if you have to rent it.

We are watching elf tonight. Had an elf quiz before hand and the winner gets a box of chocolates. It's polar express tomorrow. Always is on Christmas Eve

Family Switch, it’s really funny, your teens will like it.

That is surprisingly funny!

We watched this yesterday on the back of this suggestion. It started off annoying me as it seemed so predictable BUT we ended up really enjoying it. SM is always a good watch.

We gave up on Candy cane Lane yesterday & rewatched "The Man Who Invented Christmas" which is excellent

Is Click and Collect quite lighthearted? I love Stephen Merchant but I saw something about it being emotional and I’m not up for anything that makes me cry 🤣 maybe I misread though?

Mine enjoyed Candy Cane Lane (I loved that Pentatonix were in it too) and Your Christmas Or Mine - not watched the sequel to that yet.

Is Click and Collect quite lighthearted? Yes and it’s heartwarming.

Thanks I’ll give it a go then!
