Mine is the E.T flying scene. Makes me cry with happiness every time. Other favourites are the scene in Hook where the little lost boy believes in Peter and another when he gives the other lost boy the sword. What are yours?

The wedding scene in Braveheart when the English come to take the bride to be raped and her husband gets angry and ready to fight...She whispers something to him and he crumbles and they take her....sob!
Suffragette when Maud comes back and finds her son has been sold to a rich couple. She attacks her husband and keeps slapping him getting weaker and crying more. I did weep at that probably helped by the wine they serve in the cinema

The Sound of Music wedding scene - love it (in fact I adore the SOF, every last bit of it).

The barn raising in Witness.

The bit at the end of Whistle Down the Wind where "Jesus" stretches out his arms to be searched and it looks like he is on the cross.

I'm not a big film person. I don't have a very long concentration span and have been forced to watched Dirty Dancing, Shawshank and other supposedly great films and hated them Sad

The very first time you see Audrey Hepburn in Breakfast at Tiffany's, as she gets out of the cab and is walking past the windows. It's so calming and iconic I just love it

I watched a film on Netflix recently called Begin Again with Mark Ruffalo and Kiera Knightly.

He's a music producer and there's a scene where she's singing at a bar and the scene is done really well because all of a sudden you "hear" what he, as a producer, is hearing. It was done really well and give me that tingly, "this is a surprise" feeling.

Bend it like Beckham - the bit when Jess' dad allows her to go the football match during her sister's wedding. You just want to cheer for him.
