Who's going to Filia 2023?

Do we know if they'll be releasing more tickets? I was wondering if they might change venue if enough additional people were interested...

I'm hoping it will be good - is it running Friday -Sunday this year?

It was announced at the conference that it was heading south and the FiLiA website booking page says "southern England" so I don't think it will be in Northern Ireland but I'd love to go Belfast if it was.

I've just read on Twitter that Helen Joyce has come down with something that isn't COVID but is wiped out. I've got what sounds like the same thing. Anyone else who was at Filia in the same boat?

No bugs here (so far!). Apparently a few people caught Covid. We go on holiday tomorrow so I'm really hoping I haven't caught anything.

Belfast would have been brilliant for the next Filia.

Brighton would be a riot - in the literal sense - I'd hate to write the risk assessment for that!

I think you'll be okay if you haven't developed anything yet. I had a sore throat on Monday and yesterday I spent the day in bed dozing on and off while battling a runny nose. I feel a little better today.

My DSIS and DBIL had a similar bug a few weeks ago. It wasn't Covid. My DBIL felt better after two days. DSIS took about five.

Tonight, I started feeling a bit light-headed and had a runny nose. I might do a test in the morning just to make sure I'm ok to travel.
