I'm not on medication any more but when I was (Citalopram as well) the nights could be awful. In fact it was how I was at night that made me realise how bad I felt. I think its because you are alone with your thoughts where as during the day you occupy your mind more.

No advice really just wanted to let you know it gets better and those feeling go away. I had panic attacks too and they did start to get better

I was on them for a year all together - felt better for a while before coming off them but the doc likes to leave you on them for a while whilst you are feeling ok before removing you from them.

It does get better

I'm very hAPPY TO STAY ON THEM AS I'M 90% BETTER (whoops sorry caps) i just dread the nights now. If i get woken up i feel strange and if im still dreaming or something?

I worry about everything at night, but when I get up in the morning, it just all melts away, it's like I'm a different person.

Me too, worry gets out of hand at night.

I think it's something about the powerlessness thing... worrying about what you've got to do / what might happen etc. but not physically being able to do anything about them.

I find a notebook by my bed helps, write everything down in a list and then they are out of your head, on the paper, ready to deal with in the morning.

thats a good idea GDYWF think i may try that one.
