We all have positives about us but I know only to well they're hard to see when you're down that black hole of depression.

Hello OP. Hope you are OK. Thinking of you and hope you are sleeping right now. Sleep is great medicine. But if you are not, remember "the darkest hour is just before dawn". Things will seem better in the light of day. Take care of yourself, you are a precious unique human being.🌺

You’re up early! You know, if you’re not sleeping well you could turn that into a positive … get up and make a big pot of herbal tea and do some stretching and yoga. Or get up and be ready nice and early so you walk with the kids to school, take the long route and enjoy some fresh air (or rain maybe!)

I do know how it feels to be so down, you can get past this.

Tell us about your kids - how old are they?

I have a 19 year old who’s just had to have his gall bladder removed but since then he’s not been right.. he had blood tests other day an most of them have come high but have to wait till Friday for the phone app to be told about them 🤦‍♀️😂 but he’s a lovely young man!! My second child is 10 he’s currently adjusting to high school which can be challenging but he will do it :) took a lot at first but they will get there! (We have all done it eh ) my third child is 9 :) hes autistic & keep me on my toes! He’s my little shadow, he can’t be without me bless him! I can’t remember last time I had a night of no kids because they never want be without me haha (younger two) how about yourself x

You’re not alone, even though it feels like it ❤️. Life can get really extra tough sometimes. If it’s a possibility, try to get out even if just for 2 hours to do something nice for yourself. I know even getting up to go to the bathroom can feel like a huge task, but if possible try to get out and do something that’ll make you feel good. It could be going for a swim, a facial, getting nails done, meeting a friend or anything I haven’t mentioned that will make you feel good. Sometimes little interactions can make a world of difference.
