What to do? Stick it out or take the meds. Been back and forth to the GP numerous times and no definitive answer. They are usually pretty good listeners but the last one had no empathy whatso ever.
Its grief, loss, worry, disappointment and low mood all roled into one.
Just needed to get it off my chest. Nobody is going to tell me what to do , I get that.

Saw your post OP and didn't want to leave you hanging. I just wanted to say that I tried going on Sertraline for the first time in September and have found it really helpful. I'm on 100mg now and have no intention of coming off it any time soon. It's not a replacement for all the other proactive things you can be doing for yourself but it sounds like you've been through a lot and if something could help take the edge off for you, it's hard to find a reason why not. No one gets a medal for 'going it alone'. Sending love.

Really appreciate your reply. I might give it a go. I know from experience I get a horrible taste in my mough and massive headaches. But being me is blooody awful right now.
