Health Anxiety recovery advice

Hi all 😊

Just after some advice with my health anxiety recovery.

I have read Paul David's "At last a life" which has completely changed my life and how I feel about anxiety, it's by no means a miracle cure but it has helped me massively understand where I was going wrong with my anxiety and to understand it better.

My question is I have been upping my exercise massively as this helps me and I want to get fit and healthy, anyone else notice in their recovery they are tired alot! I literally go to bed at 9pm, don't drink and I'm awake at 7-7:30am and even if I do little exercise I am knackered by 3pm, maybe it's the weather as it's dark and cold I don't know but has anyone else experienced this? Is it just a case of building up my stamina so I don't feel so tired? I thought by exercising I would have more energy but so far I'm just wiped out most days.

Any advice is appreciated ♥️

I have no advice but just wanted to say that book also changed my life. I always remember the part when he talked about how you wouldn't run a marathon with a broken leg but yet we never rest our minds. Be mindful that perhaps you might be doing too much to start? Anyway just wanted to say good luck with it all. 👍💪💪💪

Thank you so much, it's amazing isn't it? I found it so helpful and remember certain parts....it's frustrating that some days the dreaded A is still about as like he says it's not a magic cure, it's just an ongoing progression / recovery. Hope you're doing well. Happy for you to PM me so we have added support in each other 😊
