I sometimes feel very lonely but I don't know why. My dh is caring and I have 2 primary aged dc.

Apart from 2 days wfh, I am surrounded by people.

Anyone have any experience with loneliness?

I think it’s very common to feel lonely in a marriage, and even in a room full of people.
I think being a parent/partner can suck the life out of you, all the demands on your time, mind and body. Find something that you want to do, something that makes you happy. Maybe something that reminds you of when you were younger and free.
