My anxiety is worse than ever, it is affecting my sleep, I wake up in the mornings feeling heavy, sick, tingly, shortness of breath, I do also suffer with panic disorder. My panic disorder has been ongoing for the past 3 years since becoming pregnant, however the anxiety has only been recent (the past 2 months). I could handle panic attacks as they would come and go, and once over you feel better but now anxiety is here it is all day everyday, some days worse than others but the feeling of anxiety is horrendous, I cannot even describe it!
I am hoping my anxiety is due to my current circumstances... wedding and moving house all in the space of 2 months. I got Married a month ago and we are moving house in 2 weeks which has been a long 7 months wait to finally exchange contracts! If my anxiety is still here when I have moved, what do I do?
I've tried AD - Sertraline, never again! I've tried a few natural remedies, reading books, breathing exercises etc but that doesn't seem to help long term. I am currently signed off work due to a very stressful job.
It has been difficult to get out because of the wedding and moving, money has been tight so have been stuck indoors a lot, currently I don't live in the nicest location but soon moving to the countryside so daily walks will be a part of my routine. I'm just hoping some fresh air, walks and less stress will make all the better.
Does anxiety really get better with these things? I feel like I am going to bed stuck like this forever!!! I am also a mum and it can be hard on the days my anxiety is at its worst.
Please tell me it will all get better.
