Does anyone else’s breasts feel different compared to lying down and standing?
I feel more standing and bending over than lying down.

I’m glad you have taken some time off! I felt exactly the same I used to say to my husband I just want one day of not thinking/worrying about health! It’s the unknown and the what ifs, I had to stop watching news and going on any social media because every other story was about someone dying or something about cancer and this would just feed into my anxiety,

I have it too. Before I had a kid, I was like you. I was checking my body all the time, trying to find symptoms of something. I was so worried I couldn't even eat and lost weight. I was terrified whenever I had some digestive issues, and for a year I had actual digestive problems (diarrhea, constipation, bloating, gas, pain) but I was too scared to go to the doctor. I lived in constant fear and always feeling ill.
When my son was born, I got better and stopped worrying about myself BUT the health anxiety came back and I've been extremely worried about my son's health since the day he was born, 15 years ago!! It's been hell. I tried therapy, meds, nothing helps. It goes by seasons, summer is the worst because I'm terrified of digestive problems and we all get them sometimes when it's very hot. In winter everything gets better for me. It's the sun, the heat, the thought of getting sick on holidays, what makes my anxiety spike.

awwww sorry to here nothing has worked for you! Is there anything that you have founds to help, I’m the opposite with the season more worried in the winter with lots of illnesses around! And being more indoors and with it getting dark early! I also constantly worry about my children! Iv got a lot better.

I’m the worst in winter also.
any ideas on how to have at least one day of no anxiety 😥

I used to struggle with health anxiety too, especially with checking my health obsessively. It helped me to find a therapist who understood anxiety disorders. Talking really made a difference for me. Hang in there—you're not alone in this.

I find keeping myself busy helps, distraction is key, if you’re busy doing something then you’re likely to not be worrying/thinking about health and symptoms. Set yourself some tasks, listen to something podcast or music, read a book, organise days out.
I always found evenings difficult because I wouldn’t be busy so my mind would wonder and I would start to panic. But reading helped me. You just got to find what helps you.

It used to be winters for me as well when my son was a toddler as he was constantly sick so I understand you very well. I'm sure it can get better, I just lack the strength to work on that by myself (meditation, hobbies, etc). I will start journaling because I realised that if I write down my thoughts and then read them, they sound so crazy that it actually helps me see I'm being irrational.

So anxious….
mum feeling all sorts of stuff I’ve made myself sore.
now I think I’m seeing dimples and what looks like stretch marks. But it disappears when I move.
