Does sertraline cause memory loss/decline in cognitive function?

Seems they all do. Are we better off off these medications?

Not as far as I'm aware no. I'm on 100mg setraline & it's been nothing but positive.

Yes it can.

The NHS website recommends immediate medical attention if one:

get headaches, have trouble focusing, have memory problems, cannot think clearly, have weakness, have a seizure or fit, or lose your balance – these can be signs of low sodium levels.

The opposite in my case, it really helped me with the menopause brain fog
