I’m suffering with anxiety. Had it before, all the butterflies and waking in the night. Got stressful stuff going on until summer. Hoping I’ll feel better after that, but I need to manage this and get through to then. What tips can you give me to cope please? I can’t feel like this until then.
I feel like I have brain fog… I know bp high and I’m seeing doc next week for that. For a check. But I know it’s still high. But I feel dreamy. Spaced out, brain fog? I don’t know what that feels like. Could be menopause too but I guess stress really.
I’ve just read about St John’s wort for anxiety. Does this help anyone?
My diet is good and I’m trying keep busy. I try walk every day etc. just feel so low but don’t really want to go on meds. Or should I think about it?
