DD had a fever and was scaring the life out of us hallucinating about sharks getting her....she was really really upset and totally convinced that there were sharks biting her.........she was awake all night......

ds2 was up screaming all night and eventually threw up all over the new carpet.........

our new puppy was whining most of the night and
got diarrhoea all night......lovely......

dh got ratty......

and now dh has gone to work leaving me with the aftermath and 2 grumpy, ill kids and one thats just bolshy, a pile of sicky washing and a puppy with diarrhoea.......and to top it all off dh has promised the kids I will make some mincepies with them today..........EH WHAT!?!?

I think I'll leave home!!!!

oh dear oh dear

i think the hallucinating thing is part of the tummy bug going round - WigWamBam had that with her DD, and my DH seems to have it now , and feels a bit hallucinogenic.

no experience with puppies - hope he settles in soon

mincepies - far more convenient if that nice Mr Kipling makes em instead.

don't bath the puppy, make mince pies!

Sympathies, Titania. I had a rough night, too. 2 AM anxiety attack (on my part) on top of not sleeping, or maybe because of not sleeping.

Do kids normally get sequential tummy bugs as soon as they start school? Mine has....In'it fun? Barf Barf everywhere!

with our dogs if they have S&D we stave them for most of the day then give them chic/rice in small portions, with the D. thou suggests something in his diet is too rich, whispers (it could be worms as well?) keep an eye on him for a while.

puTITANIAchristmaswishlist · 19/12/2004 09:25

she is only 9 weeks old though and supposed to be on 4 meals a day. she has been wormed as well. she is also on a chicken and rice based food. she hasn't eaten much since she has been here anyway.

try giving her smaller meals, unless things get drastically worse and you think she can hold out till tomorrow I wouldn't ring ur vet as out of hours charges are really expensive, (or at least thats what i'd do with mine,) there could be a bug going around in ur area at the mo. Would def suggest thou the little ones wash hands etc.. after stroking him until it's all cleared up jic.
