Paranoia help

Hi everyone. I haven't been on here in a long time but logged on today.

Without all the ins and outs DP (just for reference not actually together as such) is showing signs of paranoia again and I cant get help. He wont go to anyone for help, avoids people over the slightest thing and has made threats if I attempt to mention it to anyone.

So I think I spotted a trigger. He feels the need to defend my house (though his is ok to sit for days on end!) Threatened to rip Dds trampoline as a couple random teens jumped on it one night. He sat night and day watching out the window to "protect it" you see what I mean with the paranoia and apparntly it was my fault for having the curtains shut 🙄

So this goes on for about a week or two. demanding dd "is on" (looking out) as he makes a toilet dash. Till one night he is sitting with his phone and a kid outside notices. Since then he is freaking out that they think he is a peado and there is a witchhunt going on. None of which is happening. Barely seen him since until last week. Seems over his episode as I call them. I tried to speak to social services months ago and they said they could do nothing and I cant get a drs appt either despite mentioning mental health paranoia.

Hes also an manipulative bastard so stormed out a couple days ago when I didnt rise to his bait of narc supply. Truth is the paranoia is REAL despite all else.

Are there any medical pros on here that can direct me on how to get help. This is for DDs sake at this point.
