the primary secondary thing is presumaBLY GP BASED RATHER THAN MENTAL HEALTH TRUST BASED

that you probably don't have mental health problems

unless you realy think you do of course

not sure on the PCT issue but lustral is apparantly sertraline and there are a few people on here taking it so I am sure they will be able to give you more info

Sertraline is one i have tried in the past ,the only thing it did for me was reduce my appetite(no bad thing though) .

Lustral is an SSRI anti-depressant, so in same group as Prozac and Citalopram. Lustral is reputed to be better tolerated than some other ADs. I took Lustral many years ago - found it very helpful. Only problem at all I had with side effects was when my dose was doubled - I felt too sleepy, so just went back down again.
